Annual Maintenance

Versa is dedicated to the continuous improvement of our software. When you execute Versa's Annual Maintenance and Support Agreement, you will be entitled to receive upgrades and maintenance releases when they become available. These releases typically include new features developed by Versa in response to market trends and customer requests  as well as any corrections made to Versa licensed software products from reported issues.

Maintenance and support applies to the base version of Versa licensed software operating on supported versions of hardware, database and operating systems.  Standard maintenance and support services include:

  1. Help desk services between 9:00AM and 5:00PM EST. [ more... ]
  2. Logging and tracking of all submitted help desk tickets via email, phone or fax.
  3. Software updates to the base version of the software as released.
  4. Personalized support e-mail address for submission of help desk tickets.
  5. Toll free telephone support.

In addition, Versa provides fixed fee annual maintenance and support for any custom developed software.
