FLORIDA AGENCY VERSA USER GROUP (FLAVUG) FORMED

Florida – User groups provide a great forum for customers to come together in the same location to discuss industry and technology trends, to network with fellow Versa customers, to provide Versa with valued customer feedback on issues and upgrade suggestions, to meet senior technology and marketing representatives from Versa, and to allow Versa to present and discuss roadmaps for future application releases.

Realizing the value that user groups do provide, a consortium of Versa customers established the newly formed FLAVUG user group comprised of the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the Division of Medial Quality Assurance (MQA), the Office of Financial Regulation, and the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).

In May the first annual meeting took place with rave reviews from the participants.

Plans are in place for the group to meet 6 times per year.
