- Image cleansing (auto-orientation, despeckle, deskew, remove lines)
- Interpret bar code data in any format (2D and 3D)

- Convert the image to many formats such as PDF, Word
- Based on configuration parameters, or data interpreted from the form, select a destination for the document
- Automatically complete document profile from the data taken from the image form, bar code, separator page or pre-set information
- Store the document into Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003 or any other Microsoft Backoffice product using the API

Standards based Architecture
Capture for Sharepoint is a .Net 2.0 application and requires MS-Windows 2000 or greater. For document storage, it requires MS-Sharepoint Portal Server 2003. In addition Capture for Sharepoint has a fully extensible WebDAV compliant API that will allow extracted meta-data and processed images to be integrated into most Microsoft Backoffice applications. Capture for Sharepoint is globalized and supports multiple languages.
