Ever since Versa implemented its first regulatory solution for state agencies, the concept of single master entity record has been central to our Regulatory Data Model. Many agencies struggle with "silo" systems that have been built over time that don't talk with each other. Such systems have to deal with multiple occurrences of names and addresses for the same entity and always face problems with data accuracy and inefficient processes. Versa implemented largest licensing system transformation ever implemented in North America successfully using this Regulatory Data Model and migrated 72 disparate licensing systems and databases into a single enterprise database.
The Versa Regulatory Data Model (depicted below) is designed from the start to be "Entity Centric" in that all license records for the same business or person tie back to a single entity.
