Versa:Workflow extends Versa:Regulation capabilities by providing the automated management of work tasks for agency staff. Tasks are triggered by system events and assessed by rules which are configured in the workflow rules engine. Based on this assessment, tasks are routed to a work queue and automatically assigned to a person.

Staff instantly see their assigned tasks from their workflow dashboard, and can manage them appropriately. Instead of requesting reports and running queries to see which applications or compliance orders are past due, overdue tasks are routed the user’s dashboard.
 
Change Assignments Quickly
With Versa’s powerful rules engine you can make routing changes and add additional task assignments as needed. Users can transfer tasks to other workers or refer tasks to others for updating and/or comment. Managers can set assignment rules, create and manage work queues, monitor deadlines, set work alerts and more.
 
Improve Customer Service
Versa:Workflow makes it clear what tasks need to be performed and assigns them to the responsible person automatically. If changes need to be made to the assignment, transfers and releases of tasks back to a work queue can be performed. Ultimately better customer service is achieved with real time access and reporting of where the application, inspection, or case is positioned in the agency’s business process.
 
Quick Access to Files
Each user has his or her own dashboard to monitor and perform work. Task hyperlinks facilitate navigation to the application, inspection, or case referenced in the task. Tasks can be filtered and ordered by type, priority and due date.
